How long is the guarantee good for?
The assurance is active for 3 months from purchase date. Replacement panel requests must be made within 24 hours of install. If you don't use the assurance within this period, you'll automatically receive a shop gift card for the assurance value.

What sort of issues qualify?
To qualify, the issue must be an installation error (e.g., miscut, poor positioning, wrinkling during application). This is for honest mistakes during the DIY install process.
How do I prove my claim?
Submit your claim with clear photos or video showing the issue in the form below. This helps us verify and process quickly. (No photo/video = no replacement, as we need to confirm it's covered.)
What happens after approval?
Approved claims get free replacement panels shipped to you. If you don't use the assurance, you'll receive a shop gift card for the full assurance value instead.
What Drive Protected Assurance Does NOT Cover
To keep things fair and sustainable, Drive Protected Assurance focuses strictly on installation errors we can help fix. It does not include:
Contamination
Contamination under the film (dust, debris, etc.) We can't control your workspace environment.
Moisture Bubbles
Moisture bubbles left behind after install (see our Training Academy for tips on removing them safely).
Improper Mixing
Improper mixing or use of slip/tack solution (e.g., adding alcohol, which can damage adhesive).
Lifting
Any lifting or edge issues after the initial 24-hour post-install window (post-heat edges properly, check the "How to Post Heat Edges" video in the Training Academy).
