All sales are final.

No cancellations or refunds after order has been placed.

Returns

We hope you love what you ordered from Drive Protected! If something is defective due to production with the product, email us at store@driveprotected.com.

We do not accept returns for items that are pre-cut and shipped out due to the cost of materials. All purchases for pre-cut films are final. 

All of our items are double-inspected before being shipped out, so ensure you order the correct make and model of your vehicle.


You will be notified once your order enters production.
 

Claims

Claims are eligible against packages that arrive damaged or are lost in transit and do not arrive. 

Claim period is valid only for the 15 days following the scheduled or actual arrival.

To qualify for claims application all steps must be completed:
  1. Send email to store@driveprotected.com
  2. Attach pictures of the product and packaging showing any damage
  3. Include your name, address, and order number
Approved claims will be resolved by sending replacement pieces at no cost. No refunds.

Claims will not be accepted beyond the 15 day period following the scheduled or actual arrival date as detailed by the tracking number.
