Drive Protected Vandalism Guarantee

At Drive Protected, we stand behind our products and your peace of mind. If your vehicle is vandalized and any Drive Protected product is damaged as a result, we’ve got you covered with our Vandalism Guarantee. Here’s how it works:

What’s Covered

If a Drive Protected DIY PPF or Ceramic Coating is damaged due to vandalism, we’ll replace it at no cost to you—you only cover the shipping. Vandalism includes intentional damage caused by another person, such as:

  • Keying or scratching your vehicle
  • Spray paint or graffiti
  • Deliberate damage to DIY PPF or ceramic coating
  • Broken or forcibly removed Drive Protected components

Note: This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage (e.g., from a car wash or curb rash), or damage unrelated to vandalism.

How It Works

  1. Report the Incident to us by emailing store@driveprotected.com. Include photos of the damage, and video from your vehicles sentry mode and proof of purchase for your Drive Protected product.
  2. We Review: Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days. We may reach out via email for additional details if needed.
  3. Replacement Sent: Once approved, we’ll provide a link to confirm shipping details, and your replacement product will be on its way. You only pay for shipping costs.

Who’s Eligible?

Any customer with a professionally or self-installed Drive Protected product purchased directly from driveprotected.com.

Just provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) with your claim.
